Site (Hard) Measurement

Finally somebody who can go to an existing building, meet with your client, take photos, take necessary site measurements, and collate the information.
We inform you of access, material requirements and any other relevant information to enable an accurate quotation to be presented to your client. Yep, and even draft the quotation if that's what you want.

Complete Project Measurement & Valuing
​
Regardless of the size of the project, we are able to measure for tender and value the work, organize specialist or selected trade prices from your subcontractors (or get us to track one down for you). We also set up a Summary of Trades to assist you to get the project over the line with your client.

Material Order Measurement
​
Don't forget though, somebody has to order it! And wouldn't you know it, we can help there too.
We can provide full material order list for your trade or entire project if you wish. The Schedule of Materials will be expressed in the way the items are stocked by the supplier. It's a handy document to use for an exact cost of materials from your supplier. ...and the one down the road.

Variations

Often people don't want to talk about Variations, be we do. We measure, value and present the Variation in the clearest terms. That way everybody is happy. We can also analyse a Variation submitted to you.
