Project Co-ordination
​
Co-ordination is about having everybody on the same page. Although the exact role may vary, we usually - check, distribute, and interconnect drawings and documents for the relevant trades. Often this goes hand and hand with producing budget estimates, obtaining prices, checking and reporting financial progress of trades, and the entire project not directing the works.

Repairs and Maintenance Schedules

We have eyes. A comprehensive visual inspection is carried out for separate areas of the building. For example the interior of a structure. Normally the inspection would be of the exterior and the surrounding environ. If you own a building or have a client who would like an independant inspection, it is well advised. From an inspection we can calculate an estimate of repair. Deferred building maintenance is a biggy in NZ, and only getting worse with the skilled labour shortage. ...see the following.

Building Maintenance Schedules

Without a doubt you will have one of these. If your building is more than five years old, you will need to do a Repairs and Maintenance Schedule; update those old items to new. ...and then you need a Maintenance Schedule. If you follow a Maintenance Schedule for your building you will significantly increase the life cycle of many items on your building. Life Cycle Costing

So you are going to keep this building forever, or the building you are looking after for somebody else who does not like surprises. Well, as it happens we can work out, for almost any item on a building, how long the item is meant to last, and how much you need to put aside every year to replace the item when it has completed it's service life.
